House of Vlad Press

House of Vlad Press is an independent publishing house founded by author Brian Alan Ellis, who, in 2003, started releasing his own broadsides, zines and chapbooks before publishing books in 2013. Known for its edgy, transgressive and unconventional approach to literature, House of Vlad Press publishes works by both emerging and established writers—Noah Cicero, Sam Pink, Bud Smith, Jon Lindsey, Shy Watson, Joshua Mohr, and many others—who offer unique perspectives and voices, pushing boundaries and challenging traditional forms. Vlad Mag, a literary journal, launched in 2023.
